This RF Event Detector features a 1x2 power divider and an integrated log detector, enabling connections to both the Device Under Test and an additional device, or solely the Device Under Test. The log detector's output is a voltage that corresponds to the RF input. Utilizing the KS833A1B event-based power analysis software, the X8712AD can pinpoint design flaws by highlighting the areas with the highest current consumption.
