The 5905-1RA is a 400 MHz Oscilloscope Passive Probe with an attenuation of 10X, input capacitance 8 pF and input resistance 10 M-Ohm. This new slim design along with a host of versatile accessories, allows you to reach the most difficult test point in today's highly complex circuitry. The gold plated Probe Tips, Sprung Hook, Ground Lead & Alligator Tips provide excellent contacts for probing low level analog signals and high speed digital data.

Included with the 5905-1RA, The READOUT ACTUATOR (RA), permanently attached at the factory, is for 10X probes. These RA probes may be used with Tektronix scopes that have the readout option. This option eliminates the need to divide by the attenuation ratio or remember which probe is being used. The readout actuator allows you to read your measurements directly from the oscilloscope screen.

The 5905-1RA 500 MHz probe is a replacement probe for the Tektronix P6139A which also has the readout option.
