This workstation bundle provides you everything needed for a safe ESD work area. Includes a durable worksurface mat that does not generate a static charge and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) that are placed on the surface. Made from durable 2-layer rubber with a dissipative top layer and a conductive black bottom layer. It will not melt or burn when encountering hot solder and soldering irons making it ideal to be around soldering applications. Continuous single wire monitor checks resistance of the operator’s path to ground. It comes with a built-in audible alarm and LED, triggering either when the operator falls out of spec, becomes disconnected, or ground is lost. It is a fixed resistor system and is go no go, there is no calibration needed. Wrist strap and 12’ coil cord with a swivel type banana jack increases coil life and prevents cord tangles.
