Terostat 9096 PL is a one-component, moisture-curing direct glazing sealant with excellent sag resistance based on polyurethane. It cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to form a soft, elastic product. The skin formation and curing times depend on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also varies with adhesive thickness. Higher temperatures and increased atmospheric humidity can speed up skin formation and curing, while lower atmospheric humidity and cooler temperatures can delay the reaction.
